NFON, a cloud telephony provider disrupting the traditional telecom paradigms in the SME space, were looking to better align their marketing and sales comms to target audience needs. Having completed qualitative interviews and deep dives on telephony requirements for a number of core verticals, NFON approached Threepipe Reply to build out personas as well as provide an enablement approach.
Following this, I developed a number of sales enablement materials including product power sheets, one-pagers and sales decks to better reflect their new brand look & feel and tone of voice.
